When we realized we had a slight Ant problem we contacted Jim and he was at our house within 48hrs. When he arrived he was professional, pleasant and answered all of our questions. He was extra careful with the chemicals he uses as he knew we have 3 young children in the house. The 1st and 2nd visits did not get rid of them (as he explained may happen) but the 3rd visit did the little buggers in! Jim was true to his agreement honoring their 6 month warranty within 60 days. Amazing customer service!! We would recommend his services to anyone in need of his help. Thx again guys.
