I have 2 windows (kitchen and bathroom) needing replacement and 2 handles to replace. Have called 4 times in past 3 weeks...no return call. There is water between panes of glass and I need to use vise grips to open 1 window in a bedroom. The bathroom handle broke off 6 months after installation!! Could still use handle to open and close window but a crank style handle was not correct one to install, it should have been a a knob style.
