*3 month later Update after a very LONG battle back and forth, they finally agreed to proceed in finding someone to fix our furniture, which although can never be 100% perfect back to its original state, at least is in a MUCH better condition than how it was left ruined before this mess was resolved. One sigh of relief after such a stressful experience. Re: //They were extremely RUDE and horrendous, disrespectful with my mother and I. Their movers did not only not know how to drive a truck properly.. but also damaged all of our furniture. They took over 12 hours to move!!! They asked for help at the very end as they could not even do their own job. There is a vast amount of holes and huge scratches on delicate furniture valued over $10,000 that they moved. We are so disappointed and so upset with how these people especially the management of this company have treated us with not resolving any of these issues. They have disrespectfully yelled at us over the phone saying they have lost out contact info and could not return back to us to at least update us, after waiting ONE full month after they promised they would return to us with a professional to fix our furniture. They have not returned to us, and yelled at us instead, degrading our character and disrespectfully yelling more saying there is nothing they will do, nothing they can offer, speaking over us at all times, and saying they will not pay for any damage. Completely embarrassing, disrespectful and unreliable. I was very disappointed with the way they handled everything, or didnt handle at the time**** (updated above) This cost us a LOT of money to move and now our things were left completely ruined and damaged without any resolution on their part ..until a long battle later ..they finally agreed to find someone to fix the furniture. This was our experience.
