Max removed our home's 20year+ boiler and replaced it in 2022. We texted him earlier this month asking him to come by for a maintenance check before we turn it on for Winter. As always, Max responded quickly to our text, and was out as promised two days later - on time, efficient, friendly, open to questions and not a speck of dust afterward! Yay! Thanks, Max.

There should be a 10+**** star for Jose. Jose installed our home's 3 smoke-alarms a few years ago, and we contacted him yesterday with a question. He responded and said he'd be out this morning. As promised, Jose arrived on time - trustworthy, expert and kind. Checked to make sure all well, our questions were answered, no worries - and no charge for the visit. Thank you, Jose.

We called Mike about chipping brickwork in our 80-year-old home. He got back to us, came to look at the work needed, gave us a quote, and finished the work (carefully fixed spalling brickwork adjacent to our stucco addition, tuckpointed, ground out old brickwork and corrected other sections of our home needing repair) all within a week! Excellent work, answered our questions, matched new brickwork with existing brickwork all with a friendly and can-do attitude. We and our home have found a gem!

Max of Aire-Max was quick to respond to my inquiry texts, came out for an inspection when promised and once the work was scheduled, arrived on time - and again when promised - in order to remove our over 20-year-old boiler and install an new boiler. He and his associate completed the work in a qualified, professional, reliable and courteous way. He kept his word, answered all our questions and left the work area cleaner than it had been when they arrived! We'll be calling Max again in the spring to install a new air-conditioner.
