I called Dan after our AC died on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a late summer heat wave. He came over the same day and made several suggestions for replacement units, but recommended a unit that wasn't too expensive and would be appropriate for our AC and the size of our home. He was very frank, honest and to the point which was great. He came with his crew the very next day and installed the new unit, and I'm now sitting in my (cool!) home just 24hrs later.
