On time, conscientious. The way they charge is a little different. Initial visit/diagnosis is stand alone charge, not being credited for subsequent work while most other people will give credit to the "diagnostic" work. ie. subtract initial fee from final bill. Workmanship OK, did left a big scratch park on the Stainless Steel DW Door.
