I called on a Sunday evening... Brent called me back right away, and talked me through the issue so I didn't need the emergency after-hours service call and rates. He came by first thing Monday morning, found and explained the problem and had my furnace back up and running properly in short order. Prompt, professional, and courteous, I wouldn't hesitate to call Shift Air again.

Found a mouse, caught him, found more and couldn't keep up, so I called Cal-Rid. Staff was friendly, responsive, thorough, and professional. I was very happy to deal with Cal-Rid, and more importantly they solved the mouse problem very quickly. I'm hoping to not have to call again, but if I do have any issue with pests in my house Cal-rid will be my first and only call.
