Despite having a roof slope of 45 degrees, Owen found a safe and expedient way to reach our chimney to repair the crown and replace the cap. He and his partner were a fearless team and a joy to watch. They then quickly and cleanly refit the vent, reassembled, and reinserted the gas fireplace insert. Stellar work.
