Cleaner showed up an hour early, ok fine. While I was walking her through my condo and what I needed cleaned, she just kept saying yes and was not even looking or listening to my comments. I had to ask her to follow me into the bedroom and bathroom because I wanted to show her a few areas which I really needed cleaned. She still wasnt listening. She repeated in several occasions I know what Im doing, Ive been doing this for 20 years. She finished cleaning my condo in under 4 hours and when I came to see the finished results, she said Im very quick at cleaning I proceeded to walk through the condo and showed her at least 5 areas in the kitchen alone that were still very visibly dirty. I walked into the washroom and showed her the counter, faucet and tub which were still dirty. I told her these are the same areas I showed but she was not listening. She then said oh yes dear just show me and Ill clean it. At this point, Im so annoyed that I simply said thank you and helped her out of my condo. I asked for a thorough cleaning because I have arthritis and cant clean all areas myself. On top of that, I had a tenant and renovations done and repeatedly asked for a thorough cleaning. I had to clean the entire condo myself after she left. It was pretty bad. Sorry to say but this was a complete waste of money. Would not recommend.
