Benny was honest with his assessment and had a true appreciation for the old walls of our 1913 house, which had a fat crack on the wall (lathe and plaster). He was conservative in his assessment of the rest of the house ("no need to fix that now, it might last you a few extra years) and accepted to fix some holes in the ceiling left from our HVAC technician from a different install. It took about 3-4 weeks from quote to work day, given his busy schedule he completed the work in a day, and even had some paint from a different job to do touchups from our ceiling work. Impeccable work, kept the work area super clean and was professional with keeping our new floors unscathed. Thank you Benny!

Bill texted me on the same day on inquiry for putting an egress in our basement. He was easy to work with and sent images of how to measure the space for the window needed, in order to get a quote. Their schedule was booked for the short time frame we needed it, but he was able to put me on a shortlist if they ever had any cancellations. I like that the quote separated soil removal, in case we wanted to do that on our own (but we opted for them to do it). They were quick with communications and their team made sure mess was kept to a minimum. Would definitely use them again
