I contacted Eclipse through Homestars and received a response immediately. The same day I made an appointment for an estimate and Eduart arrived right on time. Eduart was the only company to assess my roof by going on the roof to look around. He took a lot of pictures to show me the condition of my roof and gave a quote the same day. This was a no pressure meeting - Eduart simply showed me the issues and provided a quote. I had several questions and Rachael from Eclipse responded to all my emails - usually within 5 minutes. Her service is awesome. On the day of the job the Eclipse team arrived right on time. Again once all the shingles were removed the team took lots of pictures to show me the condition of the wood and made recommendations before completing the job. At the end of the day the crew cleaned up and except for a new roof you wouldn't have known they were there. Eclipse has tremendous customer service and their work is great. I highly recommend them...
