After reading the reviews on HomeStars, I contacted Alex via phone. Not only did he personally answer his phone, he did so within two rings. So I was off to a great start.The rest of the process was just as great. Not only did he come out to show me the options, he arrived on time and provided an estimate of the work within a few hours.I scheduled the installation for December 8, 2012. Alex and Dan were there promptly at 9 am, as scheduled. They came in and laid down tarp to not mark up the flooring, carefully removed window treatments, washed each window and wiped down the sills, and cleaned up as they went along. The whole process went smoothly and professionally. The job was done on-time and on-budget. Alex even followed up a few days later to see how everything was working out.This was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had and would recommend Alex to anyone seeking this service. (and have done so already)
