My tenants noticed a weird smell coming from the basement and notified me. Once we realized that it was mould, we called in Restoranation. Alex, the project manager, was on-site to do air quality testing within 24 hrs and had a quick turn around for the results. Alex was able to not only thouroghly explain the testing, results and remediation process but went above and beyond to reassure and work with the tenants and myself, and to ensure that the job was done professionally, thoroughly and efficiently. He was also able to provide suggestions to ensure this issue does not happen again. While I don't ever wish for another mould issue, I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
