This is the first time I worked with Rigid Frames and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, quality materials, service delivery and keeping me updated on each step of the project. They also brought unforeseen items to my attention (e.g., a rotted portion of a beam) and carefully explained a recommended option to replace it. The staff they have in their team were just as wonderful to deal with and did an outstanding job with the walkout. In the end I am extremely happy with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services in future.

After meeting with 5-6 roofing companies we decided to go with downtownroofing. They clearly stood out from the rest of the folks we met and offered a very reasonable quote. Joe and Aaron were very responsive to email and phone calls and were very patient with us, even dropping off a shingle sample board to help us with selecting a colour. The crew were prompt, organized, courteous and professional. They tarped off areas of our property and gardens to ensure no damage. Aaron kept us informed throughout and when their was an issue with the skylight delivery coming after the job was completed, Aaron and Brian returned another day to finish up despite the inconvenience. I couldn’t think of a better experience than the one we had with Aaron and the downtownroofing crew! I strongly recommend them for your roofing job.

We contacted Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc for a quote on a ductless a/c unit for our 3rd floor attic. They were the first company to respond and stop by our home for a quote. We had contacted 3 other companies and each were not nearly as prompt in getting back to me and did not offer the high quality customer service that Cy offered. Right from the start I had a good impression of Cy. Cy is knowledgeable, professional and offered strategic advice in terms of the size of unit and where to install in the attic and where to locate the compressor outside. I had many, many questions and Cy was always quick in responding by email or by phone. He even stopped by the house when he was in the area to double-check the location of the compressor. The team arrived on the requested date and informed me that morning that they were running a little late and would be there within the hour. I appreciated the advance notice. They were very professional and courteous and verified the different stages of the job and location of the wall unit and outdoor compressor. At the end of the job they made sure to address any other questions I had and showed me how to operate the unit. I never felt rushed and my questions were always addressed. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc and will be in touch when we are ready to update our central a/c!

This is the second time we've had Dave do work on our home. He is extremely prompt (in fact he arrived a few minutes early), works quickly, is extremely knowledgeable and does excellent work. He's also great at coming up with creative solutions and offered several ideas that ended up saving us money. Dave took the time to answer any questions I had and at the end of the job, he came back into the house with a broom and dust pan to clean up! I highly recommend Dave. I'm already starting my list for the next time we have him over.
