I ordered the desk at the beginning of November. Installation was scheduled for beginning of January. They came and installed just the bottom portion of the desk without the top. When one works from home - the top portion of the desk is critical! The installers went on their way really w/o worrying that the job was 1/2 done! What ensued was a frustrating experience. Talking to the installation manager was ridiculous. He should not be allowed to speak to customers. Nicole handled a very disgruntled customer well - and calmed me down. She arranged for an installer to return the next day with a temp desk top. I had to wait another 4 weeks for the permanent desk top to come. For the price I paid one would think that the service would be impeccable. It was much to be desired. Thank goodness for Nicole! The sales person didnt care after the desk was sold, nor did the sales manager. Its good I like the desk - it was a painful process to get it installed. Do better!
