Excellent service! Our technician, Claire, was very competent, knowledgeable and reassuring. I would definitely both recommend Hoerner to friends and family, and rely on them again. Very much appreciate that they provide a price up front. Also, they email a picture of the technician for security purposes, which, as a vulnerable senior, I like a great deal.

We woke up to a blocked drain in the bathtub. Whenever we ran the sink of kitchen taps, water was coming up in the tub full of gunk, so the problem had to be fixed asap. I called at 8:30 am, and New Canadian got someone there by 9:30 am. Raymond Wong, the plumbing technician, was terrific. He quoted a price up front, figured out how best to solve the problem, and when it was done, checked everything with me to ensure it worked. (If it sounds like a simple fix, it wasn't - old house with funky plumbing, so he had to cut into the kitchen drain to remove the blockage.) His work was fast and excellent and he was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely rely on this company again. It was recommended by a friend, and I too will recommend it to others.

First time I've bought an appliance online - it was urgent, as our old one died. I bought a GE fridge (based on consumer reports.) The price was excellent, compared to other sources, and the customer service was superb. The original delivery estimate was longer than we wanted, but our order representative, Lobel, somehow got purchasing to expedite the order - she was very helpful and responsive The team who took away our old fridge and brought in the new one were pleasant, and (although they groaned at a flight of stairs toward the end of a long day of deliveries), they did everything quickly and efficiently.

When the bake element on my very old stove burned out, I thought that maybe this time it couldn't be repaired - but as always, Cropley's came through and at a great price. Prompt and reliable technicians with tons of experience.

Exploring the subterranean depths of your drain in the wake of a basement flood is scary - but Roy was reassuring, comforting, and a terrific source of advice. I feel better knowing he's there, and would definitely call him again!
