We completely gutted our house and needed everything replaced. JTL did the service coming into the house/ the panel, too many pot lights to count and everything between. I was pleased too have a professional quality job done. They stuck to the quote. Handled the permits. Couldn't be happier!
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I emailed in the morning about a leak in the ceiling of a second floor bathroom. I was lucky enough to have one of the service trucks in my area. They were able to drop by the same day! Right from first contact with Arthur I was impressed. He was courteous and thorough, explaining the problems with my flat roof. Two areas were identified as possible culprits. Within a short period of time the areas were patched. In the past I've had issues with other company's that don't want to do small repairs. Nice to see a company that sees a needed service and does it so well. Thanks again

After a long search through homestars and the yellow pages. I had the pleasure of having Gary and Brian replace the duct work in my 80 year old house. Gary installed confidence on our first meeting and gave a price that was better then 90% of the other quotes I had received. I had completely gutted the house, so it was important to have the work done on time so as to not delay progress. I was surprised on the first day to see Gary and Brian on my door step with two apprentices. Needless to say with four guys things happened quickly! Watching the install made me notice that these guys want to do the job right while teaching there apprentices. I look forward to having them back in the new year to replace my dated a/c unit. Helpful staff keep me going back for more. I have Tashi at the front desk order bubble envelopes for my business on a regular basis. During a recent move they were the place to go for mattress bags and other needed packing materials. If I cant find what I'm looking for on the shelf the staff has always been eager to help or if out of stock place an order and let me know when its in.
From day one I was impressed with everyone I dealt with at Ambia. Roland my sales rep made choosing Ambia an easy one. Tony the owner has always kept me informed about the status of my windows even calling me when the installers were running late. Even though the installers were a little late they stayed till the job was done and left my house just as clean as when they arrived. A few days later Tony gave me a follow up call to make sure I was happy. I have no problem recommending Ambia to any one in need of new doors or windows.
