I had my bathroom renovated by Reno Country last year, and the shower began to leak after only 1 year. They first cut my kitchen ceiling to identify the problem and discovered that water was leaking through the waterproofing. Instead of permanently resolving the issue, they simply applied the caulking around the shower and left it alone. After a few days, the clauking is gone and I am still concerned about water leaks. I showed this to a few other vendors, and everyone confirmed that the waterproofing was not done properly, and that the waterproofing products used were not of the good quality.
