The customer service was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with how my dining chairs turned out. When I needed my carpets cleaned in the past, I turned to Oxy-Genie, but I never felt like they were as thorough as steam cleaning my furnishings. The eight dining chairs in my dining room had some horrible food stains, but once I cleaned them, they looked nearly brand new again. Ken was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. I would not hesitate to refer to him, and I most certainly will.
