Poor communication - follow up review (revised)
I just wanted to follow up on the review below. Immediately after my review, I was contacted by the company. It turns out that one of the owners/managers? had Covid and because the company is very small they were unable to keep up with their emails. This was why I hadn't heard from anyone in several days. They sincerely apologized and I believe they learned from this experience. They booked me for my installation just a few days later and the installation was very quick and efficient Our shutters are beautiful and we just love them! If asked to recommend this company, I would change my original opinion and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful shutters. We ordered our shutters in February before getting new windows to speed up the installation process. We had our new windows installed in August and measured for shutters on August 24th. We were told they would let us know when they were ready. We reached out through email on September 28th to check in, but no one responded. We tried to check in again on October 8th, but still haven't heard from anyone. It is now October 13th and more than two weeks after the first email. It is very unprofessional to not respond to someone for this amount of time. We are okay with waiting, but would like better communication as to when the shutters will be ready.
