There was an error on their part for the booking because the original cleaner cancelled last minute and another cleaner was sent but wasnt told that it was for a 6-hr deep cleaning and that they needed to bring their own supplies and equipment. So when I realized the mistake upon the cleaners arrival (Daniella arrived 10 mins early), I called the company and spoke to customer service about the issue. The service rep was super nice and addressed the mixup immediately and thankfully Daniella didnt mind taking on the heavy cleaning. They sent her an Uber with all the equipment she needed and she went at the cleaning straight away. She did such a great job with degreasing the kitchen and getting everything cleaned up nicely ready for my move. So happy with the results that Id highly recommend them to my friends and family and Im definitely going to call them back for the next time Im in need of more cleaning services!
