Carleton installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in the midst of a renovation in my home. We were living through the construction, a heat wave -- and the old unit died. The team at Carleton were professional, fast and explained all of the options to me before the work began. The new thermostat included a remote unit and the ability to schedule the temperature of the home based on when we are home and when we're not. After installation Roger walked me through the programming and how best to use the new technology. Roger helped with rebates and financing as well. In short, they made sure I had nothing to worry about once they arrived.
