Horrible customer service. I complained to Gingers and Duravit about the flushing quality of the Stark III toilet we bought. I had to call Gingers several times to get a response. When I finally did get a reponse I was told by John Cook they'd had already left me a message, which they never did. During our conversation I was told the issues was with the plumging in my house and had nothing to do with the toilet. I was also they've sold many Duravit toiets and NEVER had a problem. However they would send someone to check out our pluming and if there was a problem we'd have to pay!!!!. The next day I went to Home Hardware and bought a Toto toilet and it works just perfectly!!! For the price they charge I would expect much better customer service.
