Our dear old Whirlpool Washing machine needed a new motor. Dylan was able to provide a "loaner", until the correct, new model was shipped. In a very few days he was back and completed the work. Dylan was friendly, very competent, knowlegeable, and provided excellent service. We will defonitely call Best Appliances in the future for all of our household needs. Mel Hurst
