We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by your inadequate system. I believe we have been mixed up with Rogers Telecommunication, or Rogers Smart Home Monitoring. We are a small family owned business based in Burlington Ontario and only have 2 members of our staff who answer the phone. ALL phone calls get answered promptly and if a call does go to voicemail, we pride ourselves on our service and ALWAYS make sure to call our clients back, no matter the issue.
