I have had two other contractors in other houses in different cities. Liquid Sound is by far the best experience I have had in installations and customer service. They are courteous, very knowledgeable, well trained, and professional in their execution. Previous installers had left the equipment rack looking like a rats nest, and Liquid Sound quickly transformed it into a proper professional rack. They followed up on post installation queries, and were very patient. They provided useful suggestions, but never pushed to try and sell any items. I have no hesitation in recommending them as excellent installers, providing superior service, with a great product.

Broken pipes and a flooded basement are not something planned for, so finding a competent, responsive restoration company in a hurry is important. I called to my insurance company to find out who they use, but hey were slow to get back to me. I checked out the net, and hurriedly researched the choices on HS and BBB. Raz at 911 responded very quickly, and he sounded knowledgeable and professional on the phone. He arrived quickly, and took control of the immediate problem. I soon realized he was an excellent choice: he was good for his word, and kept us up to date on the progress of the restoration, even while we travelled to Hawaii. His trades were professional, and friendly. He interacted well with our insurance adjuster, and provided their required estimates on his software. I highly recommend Raz, and his crews.

Presented themselves as competent contractors to install new furnace and ducting on 100% complete home reno. Installed without meeting minimum return air ducting requirements. In dispute with them 4 years to complete job properly. Have now been required to pull apart reno to fix their poor work.
