I had installations of the following: water heater to replace a 40 gallon one; humidifier on furnace; attic insulation and 2 door cameras... The very nice service guys accidentally disconnected my family room fireplace and the old gas exhaust pipe was not capped. I have called 3 times for service. It is now more than a full week and service person (s) have not shown up to fix the gas line on the fireplace or put on the cap to the 6" open exhaust pipe.
