Excellent experience working with the team! We had been debating for a couple of years whether to sell and buy a bigger property somewhere else or to do a full house reno since we really like the area where we live and realistically with the house prices nowadays, renovating was our best bet. As we met with a few contractors for an initial consultation, Natanael was our choice from day one. He not only understood the concept of what we wanted but also presented us a smooth renovation process plan. Initially we where thinking of just add a second floor to our bungalow with a bathroom and two bedrooms but we ended up redesigning our entire main floor which included a wider kitchen with lots of storage, dining area, a new powder room which we did not have and a very spacious brand new living room as well as two bathrooms and three bedrooms as part of the new addition. Within the same week, we also met with the teams engineer who took care of drawings as well as the city permit process. Our renovation lasted about 10 month, and we must say that there were not major issues, we had an open and great communication during the process with the team. One of the things we liked the most is that Natanael was always available answer for all our questions regardless the time. We absolutely love how our house looks now and of course all the new extra space! Thank you again to the wonderful team for all the hard work, we definitely recommend them.
