Hired Casa Bella to replace a large picture window (really a picture window with two narrow windows on either side) and a drafty door in an older house. For the job I got four quotes and although Casa Bella was the lowest, I would have hired them if they had been the highest because of Ronnie's no-nonsense approach when he came over to give me a quote, a refreshing change from the other sales reps. Instead of trumpeting the virtues of the company/workers/manufacturer/etc and the need to act on a time-limited offers, Ronnie simply went over our options and made his recommendations, and sent us several quotes for all different variations that interested us. The crew showed up on the appointed day and time, did a great job on the installation (dealing with the issues that are inevitable in older houses), and left the place as clean as it was before they arrived. Couldn't be happier with our new draft-free windows and door!

Hired to mud and tape drywall I installed in a basement renovation. Benjamin responded quickly to my enquiry, spent a good amount of time going over the parameters of the job and the various options. We wanted to have the taping/sanding done within a week so we could continue with the renovation, and he managed to complete everything on a relatively tight schedule. He and his crew arrived on time, finished on time, cleaned up, and did an excellent job overall. Will be contacting him again about a painting project in the near future.
