Our relationship with Floors Direct North started when trying to find hardwood that could be used in a ceiling application. My wife and I were introduced to Ben who took the time to explain to us the various options of wood we could choose from, how each could be installed, and worked within our budget. We were pleased to find someone that finally seemed genuine; he was down to earth, honest, and cared about making our wants a reality. We were so pleased that when it came time to look for hardwoord flooring for our project, we went straight back. Only this time, we were fortunate enough to work with Jeannie, Sanketh and Brian also. Each of them provided us with the knowledge, and expertise that we needed to complete the flooring for our unique situation. They kept us in the loop at all times when working with the suppliers for our special orders, and always had our best interests at heart. They truly make you feel welcomed, like part of their family.
