I'm a new customer of Worry Free Snow Removal this year 2016/17. Saturday, December 17/16. The worker clean the driveway of my neighbor but not mine...he kind of skipped mine for some reason!! Also and although I paid for it, they won't shovel my walkway until Sunday morning Dec 18/16. Very sad service. Btw, this is my third complaint since November 25, 2016. Wow!!
