In June 2021 I inherited a house from my uncle. We didn't know what to do with it, it was big and in a good neighborhood, but it was literally falling apart. A friend from work recommended Robert from Primocon, he's a custom home builder/renovator based out of Toronto. I had a long pleasant conversation with Rob and invited him to meet me in the house so he could give me some ideas. He showed up ready, he consulted with his architect before coming and knew everything about the house and what we can and cant do with it, it was an easy choice and I signed with him that evening. The plan was to completely gut it and replace pretty much everything. I let his designer make all the decisions and the house turned out so great, we ended up moving in and putting our own house for rent. The company is very good, they have an honest and transparent payment structure and very professional trades. Thank you, Rob, Jim, Steve, Dave and all the other guys who worked so hard to make this house look so good.
