Ashley offers "white glove service" where the delivery drivers will relocate your existing furniture. they moved a very expensive leather chair and shoved it through a door scratching it on both sides. I submitted a claim for the damage and escalated it 3 times as the delivery driver denied doing the damage. Customer Care said I should have taken a video of them as proof - ridiculous. why would I think to take a video of delivery guys from a reputable company that calls their service WHITE GLOVE. Ashley's stance is that I damaged my own chair and offered me an instore credit to try and keep my loyalty to which i replied is NOT a solution for my damaged property nor do i want someone from Ashley in my home ever again to potentially further damage something in my home that I wont be able to have them take responsibility for.
