We hired Primocon for a near complete rebuild of our 1960 Toronto home. They took it down to bare studs, dug an addition, and did an amazing job rebuilding it to modern, energy-efficient standards. Robert and his team were honest, realistic, and transparent in their estimates and billing. All their trades and staff were good communicators throughout the project, and finished on-budget and on-time. Our gas and power use have dropped by half, despite the house being 40% larger. We enjoy the comfort and functionality; the neighbors compliment on how nice the house looks.
