Ongoing 9 Month Odyssey of Ineptness
Our new microwave from Costco broke and they use Youngs as their repair company. Youngs took the above the range microwave last May and still have it. They have never called, constantly give me new reasons it's not fixed when I do call, then told me not to call anymore. They would call when the microwave is fixed. If they would just tell Costco it can't be fixed, we'd get a refund. Instead Youngs just keeps stringing us along as the months go by. It's a total clown show with this outfit. Avoid at all cost.
