You think Mike Holmes is good? These guys are better and don't need to tear down walls to see issues. Pierre and Mark saved us over $100,000 on a new home purchase - moisture/leaking issues everywhere. Quite simply, they work for YOU and not the realtor or strata. We went into the home inspection not expecting to find anything. Both Pierre and Mark within the first 15 minutes, showed us major areas of concern that would take a LOT of money to fix. These guys are WELL worth the money and are exceptionally experienced; they take practical, methodical and a scientific approach to the inspection.
