My dryer wasn't able to get the moisture out of the clothes anymore. I did some debugging myself but just couldn't figure it out. R4U came out, worked through the issue with me and explained everything that he was doing and why. Really chill guy. After some initial troubleshooting of the dryer itself which seemed to be functioning well, he figured out that the early giant dump of snow had gotten the exhaust vent wet and created a solid puck of lint that was obstructing the exhaust. So even though the snow was melted now and it looked like it was pumping out the moisture, it was actually getting stuck. Solid dude, solid service.
