If you're looking for good customer service and timely technicians, KEEP LOOKING. We built our home and Sandpiper was the builders choice (NOT OURS!). We have had nothing but incorrect billing and now terrible customer service since day 1. Our rental water heater started leaking yesterday. Immediately I called and was told someone would reach out to me within an hour to set up a time. Fast forward to the next day, 9am, still no call. I called SIX times today, spoke with a different "customer service rep" each time and each time was told a technician would call within the hour. Each hour passed and still no call. I immediately called at the 1 hour mark. I asked to speak to a manager on my last call and was told "they were too busy". So we are now on day 2 with no hot water (and a child), with a technician apparently coming tomorrow....only to have to wait how long for a replacement unit? Absolutely ridiculous.
