This was an insurance claim from a hailstorm that caused lots of damage. Epic was responsive throughout as they communicated their project plan and the supply constraints they faced. It is obvious that Epic cares about quality and my satisfaction throughout the various stages of the work. Is was a relief for us to be able to trust them to get the job done right.

Whirlpool washer drain motor wouldn't stop until it errored out E1 F9. David came out early the next day and unclogged a blockage for the fix. David explained everything to me including the expected price. This is the second time that I have used this company (first time was for my dryer a couple years ago) and I am very happy with the whole experience.
