Angels quoted services and performed all the work as quoted but then months later sent an invoice after job completion for nearly $200,000 in additional work that they had not even bothered mentioning nor had discussed or signed a change order for. Very unfortunate. Perhaps dont do work you dont have an approved change order for, pretty simple and standard practice. Wouldnt trust the management or hire them again because they pull things like this even though the team does good work. If youre building a new home ask your GC to find another trade for this work.
