I am still in the process of moving my 1+ den apartment from Toronto to Vancouver with BurlyBoyz. My initial quote was given to me on Jan 10, for an average of 9-15 day delivery. They picked up on Jan 21 (the actual pickup itself was very professional). It has now been 36 days and we do not have our things. Communication with them has been despicable with many false promises on their end and none followed through. The movers actually showed up on the 35th day without anyone notifying me first, and I had no chance to book the service elevator for them to move my things. The logistics coordinator claims to have phoned me despite me not having missed any calls from the phone numbers she had provided me. Later emailed me saying "strange, all good!" whereas an apology would have been warranted. Actual labourers are very good. Operationally they are awful, poor communication and no compensation or apologies so far.
