Dan is a very experienced home inspector. He went above and beyond during our home inspection. We had no idea of home ownership and how to maintain a house in Canada but Dan walked us through every detail and showed us things to look out for. He was very happy explaining everything to us. We needed to inspect our house on short notice and he made it possible by changing his schedule. Even after we got the house (2 months later) whenever we had question about any condition, he helped us through it. Dan is an honest, easy to work with and a very reliable person, I would definitely recommend him.
