We are tenants in the house that had some issues with the fence. A post on the west side had been leaning into the boulevard since moving in (12 years prior). Over the years it got progressively worse and actually caused a panel to the north to become un-nailed. Our neighbour removed a portion of the fence separating our two yards which caused the gate to become disconnected from the fence. This left an opening to the back yard and a wind tunnel that resulted in 3 panels on the north side (back) fence to topple into the neighbours' yard. I contacted Smart Cedar works on the repairs and they came out a couple of days later. Our landlord had supplied a number of panels (years prior) and stored them in the back yard. The crew from Smart Cedarworks leveraged those panels, removed the post that was leaning (put a concrete footing in place and re installed the post. The gate that was removed when the neighbour took down a portion of the fence was replaced with a brand new fence and an adjustment was made to the gate on the west side to permit it to open fully. Even though it was horribly wet and cold, the crew from Smart Cedarworks completed the fix in about 2 days, and honored the quotation. I highly recommend this company for any fencing that needs to be done
