My daughter was moving back home and I needed a suite for her in my basement. Chad came and removed a room and its walls and created a kitchen and living area that was beyond perfect. The finishings were superb and very professionally done. He was a clean (tidy) contractor. He was on top of every stage of the build keeping me informed of every step and even moving a few lights a few inches when I changed my mind about location. Very friendly contractor and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
