Contracted for a fridge repair for the $95 call out fee. The tech diagnosed the problem, and once that part was replaced, the problem persisted. "Diagnosed" another issue, work was completed for $229, but the problem persisted. Tech "diagnosed" another issue, and you guessed it, $105 fan motor replacement...problem persisted. After over $600 in parts and labor, we are buying a new fridge since no more parts are available. Company agreed to refund the $229+$105, but went back on that agreement. It seems the business practice is to guess the issue and replace parts until they get lucky. This company can't be legit.
