Troy and his team transformed my four piece bathroom and I couldn't be happier with the results!   This was the last big renovation project to take care of in order to put the house up for sale. It had to be done because the bathtub/shower was completely out of service due to a leak in the plumbing. My goal was to fix this issue and give the space a much needed facelift. There was also an added pressure to get the job done as quickly as possible in order to list the house on time. Troy was the first contractor to respond to my request on Homestars. I chose him after interviewing a few others. First, he was easy to collaborate with! He's patient, knowledgeable, and has excellent communication skills. My initial ideas turned out to be pretty expensive and would exceed my budget. He made suggestions on how to save money and/or time, and still get the results I desired. Also, I found that he was quick to respond to texts, phone calls, and emails so that we were on the same page from project start to finish. He demonstrated strong organization and delegation skills! The team had a few other projects on the go in addition to mine. This was not an issue as my project was completed without delay even when I threw a couple challenges their way. For example, I didn't like any of the faucets or the showerhead they originally installed. His team changed them all out without any issues and in a timely manner. If any questions about the work came up, it was resolved. For example, our bathroom door would not close properly after they left one day. It was fixed first thing the next morning.  I really can't sing enough praise for this company. They were easy to work with especially during a time in my life when I was going through a separation with changing family dynamics, and then having to get this bathroom done right in order to sell the house.  I'm highly satisfied with the results. The bathroom looks good and the plumbing functions perfectly. The house sold quickly! Thanks again Troy and everyone from Ultimate Home Exteriors Inc! Sincerely, Lori Ultimate Home Exteriors did the following: - built custom vanity  - installed faucets, trim kit, showerhead, sink, light fixture, and door handle - removed tile from bathroom walls around sink, toilet, and window - re-plastered and painted walls - replaced damaged tile in shower area from plumbing job  - tile/garbage disposal  *One detail to note: A different company came in and re-glazed the tiles surrounding the bathtub/shower in white only because Troy's team does not provide this service.
