The technicians were absolutely terrific and even with absolutely foul weather their performance and attention to detail was phenomenal. Norman, the compnay representative was straight forward and easy to deal with. As a result of the new installation I can safely say that with absolutely no change in our AC usage other than having a new ductless system compared to an ancient central system that required two "window shakers" to assist it, our hydro bill has dropped from 1440 Kwh last year in July to 574Kwh this year. I would highly recommend these people for heating service.
