From the moment I called Basement Systems, I only ever encountered professional, on time, and an "as you would hope for" experience. Alex, Craig and Ray, were knowledgeable, conscientious and kind. I had one of those "nasty crawl spaces" that seemed almost impossible to tackle. My cement foundation beams had split in two and my house was sinking. I had tried contacting several companies to come and provide a quote but I came up empty at every turn. A friend saw a Basement Systems truck in my small northern Alberta town, and took a photo of it which they sent to me, in hopes Basement Systems, might be able to help my seemingly dire sitution. I am so thankful they did! The large task was completed in 1.5 days through the hard and diligent working crew. I am still amazed and impressed with how smooth the process was. There were no glitches, and no unanticipated/unmanageable issues. The quote I received up front was the exact bill I paid when the job was complete. I don't even have any 'cons' to add with my 'pros', it was such a positive experience. I would highly recommend Basement Systems to family and friends. It makes me sleep better at night, knowing I now have a stable foundation. I'm grateful and offer my sincere thanks to the crew for helping me in my time of need.
