We were totally at a loss in terms of who to call when we needed a furnace repair. After doing an internet search for nearby companies, we randomly selected Shiftair. Wow, are we ever glad we did!!! Brent was professional and ethical from start to finish. When I suggested a furnace replacement rather than repair, Brent didn't capitalize on my freezing vulnerability but rather offered to repair the furnace, leave me with materials in order to research my options, and then credit me the full cost of repair should I chose to replace the furnace. As it turned out, the furnace needed immediate replacement. Brent provided five star service in courtesy, punctuality, advice, product knowledge, and cleanliness.
