I'm impressed with Rodney's technical knowledge of the products he represents. He knows the pros and cons of each product and the benefits of one type/brand of shingle over another. His crew were professional. on-time, courteous and fast. Rodney came by 3 times in 2 days during roof installation to check on progress and made recommendations like adding 4 extra intake vents which my roof lacked - at no extra charge He made promises/commitments during the quote process and he and his crew kept every one of them. One detail I liked was the use of a metal W in the valley so water would be directed down the valley rather than up onto the opposing shingle- no one else even suggested this. I'm and engineer and am a stickler for details and I was impressed from start to finish with this roof replacement. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Akron roofing and would certainly use them again (but hopefully won't have to).
